1. Deputy General Manager/General Manager – Learning & Development (L&D)

• Location: Jaipur
• Qualification : Postgraduate in any specialization in Learning & Development (L&D). OR Minimum 7+ years of leadership experience in the L&D vertical in large organizations.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute comprehensive L&D strategies for corporate and project employees.
• Align L&D initiatives with organizational goals, fostering continuous learning and capability building.
• Manage the L&D budget, optimize resources, and ensure impactful training programs.
• Support talent development, leadership growth, and employee engagement through learning interventions.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee performance and business success.
• Develop training materials, including e-learning courses.
• Oversee budgeting, contract negotiation, and relationships with third-party training providers.

2. Deputy General Manager/General Manager – Talent Acquisition

• Location: Jaipur
• Qualification & Experience: MBA/PGDM in HR. OR Minimum 7+ years of leadership recruiting experience in the engineering and construction industry.

Job Description:

• Build a talent pipeline for critical roles through talent landscaping and workforce planning.
• Develop and implement monthly Talent Acquisition (TA) plans to address business needs.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions with effective coordination and follow-ups.
• Negotiate appropriate salary fitments for selected candidates.
• Formulate, review, and update TA policies and SOPs in consultation with CHRO & CMD.
• Define interview processes and panel compositions for various levels of hiring.
• Engage in extensive interaction with candidates and excel in headhunting and candidate mapping.
• Leverage unconventional sourcing methods like professional/social media hiring for recruitment.
