• Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Full-Time)
• Experience: 6+ Years

Job Description

1. Develop and implement detailed workforce and operational plans for airport terminals, malls, and commercial spaces to optimize resource utilization.
2. Monitor footfall trends, traffic flow, and peak activity periods to create staffing schedules and operational workflows.
3. Ensure all operational plans align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
4. Ensure adherence to local, national, and international safety, security, and building operation regulations.
5. Prepare reports on operational efficiency, workforce performance, and identify areas for improvement.
6. Assist in preparing budgets for operational expenses, maintenance, and manpower.
7. Utilize workforce planning tools and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, SAP).
