Position Details

Role: General Manager / Dy. General Manager (Head of Design and Engineering).

• Qualification: B.Tech (Electrical) with additional relevant qualifications.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in design, engineering, and project management in the energy sector.
• Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Head Office).

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

1. Support Pre-Bid Activities: Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), ensure costing accuracy, and maintain compliance.
2. Finalize Costing for Bidding: Collaborate on detailed project costing to secure bids.
3. System Design and Engineering: Lead system designs and ensure all engineering details are accurate and efficient.
4. Performance and Compliance: Estimate energy yield and ensure adherence to plant performance standards.
5. Quality Assurance: Oversee project quality assurance to meet engineering and industry standards.
