Job Details:
Position: Senior Manager / Manager
- Department: Planning (Building Project)
- Job Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh
- Qualification: B. Tech (Civil)
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in project planning and management, particularly in building or infrastructure projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the master plan for the railway or airport building construction project.
- Ensure the design and planning meet both operational needs and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
- Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Establish and manage the project budget, ensuring that costs remain within approved limits.
- Ensure that all planning and construction activities meet the required quality standards.
- Lead the planning team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
- Prepare detailed project status reports, including budget forecasts, risk assessments, and timeline updates for senior management.
- Use software and tools like primavera / MS Project etc.
