  • Strong ability to read technical drawings

2. Junior Engineer/Assistant Engineer – Assembly Shop

• Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 3-12 years
• Skills:
  • Knowledge of mechanical & hydraulic presses
  • Understanding of bearings, tools, and assembly components
  • Proficient in reading assembly and sub-assembly drawings
  • Skilled in manpower management and coordination

3. Junior Engineer/Assistant Engineer – Fabrication Shop

• Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 3-12 years
• Skills:
  • Expertise in fabrication processes and techniques
  • Knowledgeable in various welding techniques (TIG, MIG, SAW, SMAW)
  • Proficient in metallurgy
  • Skilled in managing manpower on the shop floor
