Open Positions

1. Planning Engineer/Manager

• Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Civil/PG/NICMAR
• Experience: 6 to 12 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure resource allocation and monitor project schedules.
• Prepare method statements and time cycle charts.
• Analyze deviations between planned vs. actual progress and prepare reports.
• Proficiency in MS Project & Primavera P6 is mandatory.

2. QS/Commercial Engineer/Manager

• Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Civil/PG/NICMAR/DCE
• Experience: 6 to 12 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Manage project budgets and subcontract negotiations.
• Handle claims, variations, and valuations.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and financial documentation.
• Proficiency in SAP is mandatory.

3. Contract Administration Manager

• Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Civil/PG/NICMAR
• Experience: 12+ years

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft, execute, and manage contracts lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and resolve disputes.
• Provide legal advice and establish contract management systems.
• Draft, review, and renegotiate contracts as needed.
• Manage correspondence, documentation, and claims.

Candidate Requirements

• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
