Job Detials:

• Position: Subcontracts Manager – Mumbai
• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with a PG in Construction Management/Contracts Management.
• Experience: Minimum 14+ years of experience in handling various projects, including head office roles.

Major Responsibilities:

• Understanding and managing various contracts, planning, and commercial operations including variations, claims, EOT (Extension of Time), and executing works as per the contract.
• Lead the Subcontracts function, handling both Main Contracts and Subcontract Management.
• Drafting RFQs, floating inquiries, negotiating, finalizing, awarding, and administering subcontracts.
• Vendor management and development.
• Conducting periodic reviews and reporting on commercial and subcontract management.
• Coordinating with project sites and cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
• Managing vendor relationships and customer/vendor relationship management.
• Demonstrating commercial acumen and a strong understanding of contracts/subcontracts.
• Capable of managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
