1. RMC QC Engineer Plant in Charge

• Qualification: BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: BE: 5 to 6 years in the same field or Diploma: 7 to 9 years with relevant experience

2. RMC Junior QC Engineer

• Qualification: BE / Diploma
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

3. RMC Lab / Field Technician

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience

4. Senior / Junior MEP Engineer

• Qualification: BE / Diploma
• Experience: Senior MEP Engineer: 10 years or Junior MEP Engineer: 3 to 4 years
• Note: Experience in both residential and commercial high-rise buildings is required

5. Architect

• Qualification: BE in Architecture
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in design and planning

6. Purchase Executive

• Qualification: Graduate
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry

7. Billing Executive

• Qualification: BE / Diploma
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in billing, contracts, or QS in the real estate industry
