2. Property Manager – Technical Services

• Key Skills: Strong Technical & Soft skills, MEP, AMC, Vendor Management, Utility maintenance, Electrical/Mechanical, Client handling
• Experience: 7-10 years

3. Customer Relation Executive

• Key Skills: EPBX, Customer handling, Customer queries, Events, Meeting/Room/Visitor Management, Complaint handling
• Experience: 2-5 years

4. Fit-out Executive

• Key Skills: Civil, Finishing work, Work permit, Fire Alarm system
• Experience: 3-6 years

5. Fire & Security Officer

• Key Skills: Security Management, Fire Safety, Firefighting system, Fire Alarm system, Work permit
• Experience: 3-6 years
