- 3 to 10 years of experience
5. Senior Project Manager / Project Manager
- Knowledge of project cycle, contract administration, and leadership (Civil/MEP)
- 12 to 20 years of experience
6. Planning Manager / Assistant Manager
- Experience in scheduling, planning, coordination, and MIS reporting (Civil/MEP)
- 7 to 15 years of experience
7. Billing / Quantity Surveyor Engineer
- Experience in bill certification, cost estimation, and budget control (Civil/MEP)
- 5 to 8 years of experience
8. Contracts Manager
- Skills in tendering, cost planning, contract awareness, and negotiation (Civil/MEP)
- 5 to 8 years of experience
9. Assistant Manager / Manager – Execution
