Important Requirement:
It is mandatory for all key personnel to have completed a training course on “Preparation of Feasibility Study and DPR for Highway Projects” conducted by the Indian Academy of Highway Engineers (IAHE) or any other institute specifically approved by MoRTH, with a minimum duration of 6 days.

- Experience: 20 years
- Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (AICTE Approved) OR Post Graduation in Civil Engineering (AICTE Approved)
2. Highway Design Engineer
- Experience: 16 years
- Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (AICTE Approved) OR Post Graduation in Civil Engineering
3. Bridge Design Engineer
- Experience: 16 years
- Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (AICTE Approved) OR Post Graduation in Structural / Foundation / Hydraulics Engineering
4. Traffic / Road Signage / Marking and Safety Expert
- Experience: 10 years
- Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (AICTE Approved) OR Post Graduation in Transportation / Traffic Engineering
5. Quantity Surveyor / Documentation Expert
- Experience: 14 years
- Qualification: BE Civil OR Certificate course from Institution of Quantity Surveying
