Qualification:
- Graduate in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
- 14–25+ years of relevant experience in highway/bridge construction projects
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (depending on position)
- Minimum 12–25+ years of professional experience after graduation
- Strong knowledge of highway, bridge, pavement, geotechnical standards, and best practices
- Proven experience in highway/bridge construction projects with reputed organizations
- Willingness to relocate and work full-time at project sites in Arunachal Pradesh
