1. Discipline Lead – Electrical / Plant
- Qualification: M.Tech / B.Tech – Electrical
- Expertise: Electrical engineering for coal-based thermal power plants, steel plants, hydrocarbons in EPC domain
- Skills: Sound knowledge of design systems/tools
2. Discipline Lead – BOP / Plant
- Qualification: M.Tech / B.Tech – Mechanical / Thermal
- Expertise: BOP design for minimum 2×500 MW coal-based thermal plants
- Skills: End-to-end architect engineering of BOP
3. Lead – BOP Layout
- Qualification: Diploma – Mechanical Engineering
- Expertise: Layout design for BOP systems, pipe racks, cable galleries in thermal plants
- Skills: Deep knowledge of plant interfaces and layout tools
4. Civil & Structural Engineer
- Qualification: M.Tech / B.Tech – Civil
- Expertise: RCC & Steel design for industrial projects
- Software: STAAD, AutoCAD, TEKLA, Revit
5. Material Handling Engineer
- Qualification: M.Tech / B.Tech – Mechanical
- Expertise: Conveyor & material handling system design
- Software: AutoCAD, CEMA, IS, ISO standards
