We are hiring for roles based in Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, and Dubai offices:

Opening Positions:

1. GM/AVP – Solar Design & Engineering

Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical)
Experience: 20–25 years
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complete Solar Electrical and Civil Structural Design for pre-bid and post-bid engineering (projects above 100 MW).
• Manage and mentor a team of design engineers and managers.

2. GM/AVP – Solar Project Management

Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical/Civil)
Experience: 20–25 years
Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project monitoring, scheduling, and controlling.
• Strategic planning using tools like Primavera/MSP.
• Stakeholder coordination across various departments.

3. Solar Tendering

Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical/Civil)
Experience: 5–15 years
Key Responsibilities:

• Tender analysis, bid preparation, and budget monitoring.
• Vendor liaison, risk assessment, and stakeholder collaboration.

4. Solar Cost Estimation

Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical/Civil)
Experience: 8–15 years
Key Responsibilities:

• Cost estimation for large-scale PV solar projects.
• BOQ preparation, subcontractor management, and international project cost analysis.

5. Solar Civil & Structural Design

Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical/Civil)
Experience: 8–12 years
Key Responsibilities:

• Design RCC/steel structures for solar PV plants.
• Prepare BOQs, conduct site visits, and adhere to international codes.

6. Solar AC Design

Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical)
Experience: 8–12 years
Key Responsibilities:

• Design electrical systems for AC/DC solar plants, substation layout, and technical evaluations.

7. Solar PV DC Design

Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical)
Experience: 8–12 years
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical data for tendering and BD teams using advanced tools like PVsyst.

8. Solar Energy Yield Assessment

Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical)
Experience: 8–12 years
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct energy yield assessments, feasibility studies, shadow analysis, and project coordination.

9. Solar Project Planner

Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical)
Experience: 8–12 years
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Solar EPC project planning, scheduling (Primavera P6), budgeting, and contractor coordination.
