Position: Senior Manager/Manager – Costing/Estimation
- Location: Gurugram, Sector-67
- Qualification: BE-Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 6-10 years (preferable experience with highway development companies)
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong exposure to costing/estimation for highway/road projects within the HO/Tender department.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the bid development process.
- Review contract agreements, drawings, BOQs, and prepare project data sheets and risk analyses.
- Prepare project cost estimates, master procurement schedules, cash flows, and cost evaluations against project schedules.
- Analyze RFQ documents and draft qualification statements for target projects.
- Develop and submit pre-bid questionnaires for client clarifications.
