Position: Senior Manager/Manager – Costing/Estimation

• Qualifications: BE – Civil / Diploma – Civil
• Experience: 6-10 years (preferably in a Highway Development company)

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong expertise in costing and estimation for highway/road projects at HO/Tender Department.
• Knowledge of bid development processes.
• Review Contract Agreements, Drawings, BOQs, and prepare project data sheets & risk analysis.
• Prepare project cost estimates, master procurement schedules, cash flows, and costs aligned with project schedules.
• Analyze RFQ documents and prepare qualification statements for targeted projects.
• Develop pre-bid questionnaires to clients for clarifications.
