Job Details:
Position: Head – Business Development
- Job Location: Gurugram (Head Office)
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in a leadership role
- Qualification: Degree / MBA
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Business Development across infrastructure sectors including Roads & Highways, Buildings, Metro, Railways, Airports, Bridges, Tunnels, Solar Power Projects, and Transmission & Distribution (T&D).
- Conduct pre-bid meetings with government departments, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Develop and manage Joint Venture (JV) partnerships domestically and internationally.
- Finalize legal JV agreements, Power of Attorney, and other legal documents as per RFP standards.
