1. Manager – Fire Fighting, Plumbing
- Location: Mumbai
- Experience Required: 8-12 years
- Job Description:
- Must have experience in Public Health Engineering (PHE), fire fighting, and plumbing design.
- Experience with tender and detailed design of MEP services, especially for complex functional requirements such as data centers and airports.
- Proficiency in MEP design software, CAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office.
2. Manager – HVAC
- Location: Mumbai
- Experience Required: 10-15 years
- Job Description:
- Expertise in tender and detailed design of HVAC services, especially for complex functional requirements such as data centers, airports, industrial, residential, and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in HVAC design software and methodologies.
3. CAD/Revit Modeler – PHE/FF
- Location: Mumbai
- Experience Required: 8-12 years
- Job Description:
- Prepare a variety of drawings in BIM/CAD design/drafting activities, including installation drawings for underground metro stations, railways/metro tunnels, and other commercial and industrial projects.
- Family creation in BIM, LOD 500 modeling, and workload scheduling within the BIM/CAD department.
