- Departments: Execution, Billing, Planning, EHS, QAQC, Formwork
- Experience: 3 to 15 years
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B. Tech (Civil or Mechanical)
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Execution & Coordination: Managing on-site construction activities, ensuring timely progress, and seamless coordination among teams.
- Billing & Cost Management: Expertise in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and client billing procedures.
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Proficiency in project planning tools like MS Project or Primavera.
- Quality Assurance & Control: Knowledge of QA/QC processes, including inspection & test plans, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- EHS: Ensuring compliance with EHS protocols, risk assessments, and safety regulations.
- Formwork: Expertise in system, modular & monolithic formwork.
