Open Position:
1. Deputy / Senior Manager – Execution
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project planning and execution
- Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth operations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality
Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience:
- 12 to 18 years in handling large-scale building projects
2. Engineer / Deputy Manager – Planning
Key Responsibilities:
- Project planning, scheduling, and resource management
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring project timelines and deliverables
Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- PGP from NICMAR (Preferred)
Experience: 6 to 12 years in planning of building construction projects
3. Assistant Manager – Resource & Mobilization
Key Responsibilities:
- Workforce allocation and site mobilization
- Ensuring project timelines and manpower needs are met
- Implementing site safety protocols
Qualification: Any degree
Experience: 10+ years in resource coordination for building projects
4. Technician – Electrical
Key Responsibilities: Assist electrical engineers in design, testing, and improvement of electrical systems and equipment
Qualification: ITI in Electrical
Experience: 10+ years in electrical work related to building construction
