Available Positions
1. Project Manager (Team Lead)
- Educational Qualification: MBA / PGDM / Master’s in Planning
- Experience: 15+ years in consultancy or transaction advisory in industrial, large urban sector, or infrastructure projects
2. Financial Expert
- Educational Qualification: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)
- Experience: 10+ years in feasibility and project structuring for real estate, industrial, social sector, or infrastructure projects
3. PPP Expert
- Educational Qualification: MBA / PGDM / M. Planning / M.Tech / Master’s in Public Policy
- Experience: 8+ years in feasibility and structuring of PPP projects OR Successfully facilitated at least one PPP project in the last 5 years
4. Infrastructure Engineer
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering OR M.Tech in Road/Transport/Highway (preferred)
- Experience: B.Tech with 10+ years OR M.Tech with 8+ years in design and implementation of roads, structures, buildings, etc., in large infrastructure projects
5. Architect / Urban Planner
- Educational Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch
- Experience: B.Arch with 9+ years OR M.Arch with 6+ years in design/planning of large infrastructure projects
6. Real Estate Expert
- Educational Qualification: MBA / B.Tech / B.Planning
- Experience: 10+ years in infrastructure, real estate, or industrial sector
7. Senior E&M Expert
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 10+ years in infrastructure, real estate, or industrial sector
8. Environmental Engineer Expert
- Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Environment, Environmental Science, Ecology, Environment Planning, or Environment Engineering
- Experience: 10+ years in assessing environmental impacts and risks of infrastructure projects OR Experience in preparing and monitoring Environmental Management Plans
