Profile Description – Graduate Commercial Trainee

We are looking to hire young, dynamic, aspiring minds who are pursuing their final year under-graduation from the following streams:

• B.Com
• BBA / BBM
• B.Sc – Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics
• B.A – Material Management

The candidates will be given an opportunity to get trained in functions like Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Site Administration, Industrial Relations, Purchase, Stores, Material Management & Time Office, depending on the function they are assigned to.

Training Period: 12 months on job training from the date of joining.

Compensation Details

Posting Category:

• Office-Based Posting: ₹3,00,000 per annum
• Project Site-Based Posting: ₹3,57,000 per annum

Candidates will receive compensation based on their designated posting category.

Who Can Apply?

Eligibility Criteria:
Students currently in their final year of undergraduate studies (in the specified streams) can apply, provided they meet the following guidelines:

1. Academic Background:
   • Must have completed 10th and 12th examinations.
   • Should be pursuing graduation from a recognized Indian University.
2. Graduation Timeline:
   • Expected to graduate in April/May 2025.

Eligibility Guidelines

1. Academics:

• Candidates must have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% or more up to the 4th semester in their undergraduate program.

2. Mode of Study:

• Only full-time undergraduate students are eligible.
• Candidates enrolled in dual-degree programs, part-time, or correspondence courses are not eligible.

3. Backlogs/Arrears:

• There should be no backlogs (past or live) during the undergraduate course.
• All subjects/papers must be cleared in the first attempt only.
• Any subject/paper not cleared in the first attempt will be considered as a backlog.

Additional Eligibility Guidelines

1. Age:

• Candidates born between 1st July 2002 and 30th June 2007 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply.

2. Nationality:

• Only Indian Nationals are eligible.
• Foreign Nationals are not eligible.

3. Medical Fitness:

• Final selection is subject to medical fitness as per the guidelines provided by the company’s Chief Medical Officer.

4. Company Discretion:

• The company reserves the right to alter the requirements, eligible branches, and eligibility criteria as deemed necessary.
