1. Jr. Executive / Executive – Budgeting
- Location: Head Office, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
- Experience: 0–5 Years
- Industry Preference: EPC / Infrastructure only
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in bill verification and financial data checks.
- Support technical review of project budgets.
- Monitor and track budgets regularly.
- Maintain budget tracking dashboards and WBS.
- Prepare cost variance reports and summaries.
- Support annual budgeting and planning.
- Provide cost data for bidding and estimation teams.
- Ensure documentation of approvals and changes.
- Participate in forecasting and modelling exercises.
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of project budgeting and EPC workflows.
- Proficient in MS Excel; ERP (SAP/Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a structured environment.
Educational Qualification:
- B.E./B. Tech in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics (Mandatory)
- MBA in Financial Management / Cost Control / Construction or Project Management (Mandatory)
2. Manager – HR & Administration
- Location: Head Office, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
- Experience: 10–12 Years
- Industry Preference: EPC / Infrastructure only
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership in HR.
- Governance of policies and organizational structures.
- Oversight of administrative functions.
- Integration of HR practices at project sites.
- Strategic project-level HR reporting and execution.
- Leadership in EPC site practices.
Skills Required:
- Business and strategic acumen.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
- Talent management and succession planning.
- Change management and transformation execution.
- Proficient in HR analytics and digital systems (e.g., SAP preferred).
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s in HR Management / MBA (HR)
- Certifications in Strategic HR, Organizational Development are preferred.
3. Manager / Deputy Manager – Budgeting
- Location: Head Office, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
- Experience: 10–12 Years
- Industry Preference: EPC / Infrastructure only
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-verify accounting and financial data.
- Review and evaluate project budgets.
- Monitor budget utilization.
- Create and plan technical work breakups.
- Coordinate across departments for budget planning.
- Annual budgeting and strategic financial planning.
Skills Required:
- Strategic and business acumen.
- Leadership and ability to drive budgeting goals.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP/SAP, and data analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple budgets in EPC projects.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking mindset.
Educational Qualification:
