1. Billing & Estimation (Head Office)

• Qualification: Diploma in Civil / B.E. Civil
• Experience: 3 years
• Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in quantity estimation, tendering, and billing.
  • Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation and material reconciliation.

2. Project Coordinator (HO/Site)

• Qualification: B.E. Civil
• Experience: 5 years
• Skills Required:
  • Experience in overall project management, planning, scheduling, and tracking.
  • Proficiency in MS Project (MSP) / Primavera.
  • Strong ability to coordinate with multiple teams and ensure project timelines are met.

3. Accountant (Head Office)

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
• Experience: 3 years
• Skills Required:
  • Expertise in basic accounting, invoicing, taxation, and GST.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and financial management tools.

4. Purchase Executive (Head Office)

• Qualification: B.Com
• Experience: 3 years
• Skills Required:
  • Expertise in procurement, supply chain management, and vendor negotiations.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, inventory management, and cost control.

5. Project Head (Site)

• Qualification: B.E. Civil
• Experience: 10 years
• Skills Required:
  • Extensive experience in overall project management in the hospitality or real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and execution skills to oversee construction progress and quality control.

6. Junior Engineer (Site)

• Qualification: Diploma in Civil / B.E. Civil
• Experience: 5 years
• Skills Required:
  • Experience in construction site management, execution of all onsite work, and contractor coordination.
  • Knowledge of civil engineering standards and safety protocols.

7. Billing & Estimation (Site)

• Qualification: Graduate
• Experience: 2 years
• Skills Required:
  • Experience in material management at construction sites.
  • Ability to track and report material consumption and stock levels.
