Open Positions

1. Team Leader

• Education: Graduate Civil Engineer with Post Graduation/PG Diploma in Construction Management / Planning / Engineering / Business Administration.

Experience:

• At least 15 years of experience in quality control and establishing construction management systems in bridge and slope protection works for multi-location civil engineering projects.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams is essential.
• Familiarity with disaster resilient construction techniques is required.
• Experience in hilly regions and technical audits for WB/ADB/Central Govt. funded projects is desirable.

2. Co-Team Leader cum Senior Quality Control Engineer – Bridge & Road Protection

• Education: Graduate in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

• At least 8 years of experience in quality control and management in bridge and slope protection works.
• Experience working with Technical Audit teams is preferred.
• A solid understanding of IS codes and civil engineering project equipment is crucial.
• Familiarity with disaster resilient construction techniques is essential.
• Experience in hilly regions will be an advantage.

3. Environment Management Expert

• Education: Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences/Engineering or related field.

Experience:

• At least 8 years of experience in environmental management.
• Good knowledge of State/Central Government and World Bank/ADB policies and procedures regarding environmental safeguards is essential.
• Experience with projects funded by WB/ADB or other multilateral agencies in India or abroad is highly desirable.
