Available Positions and Requirements

1. Team Leader

• Qualification: Civil Engineering with either an MBA or Post-Graduation Diploma in Construction Management/Project Management.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in the Construction Industry.

2. Resident Engineer

• Qualification: Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in the Construction Industry.

3. Contract Management Expert

• Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 12 years of experience. OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 18 years of experience.
• Experience: Expertise in handling contracts related to the Construction Industry.

4. Design & Review Expert

• Qualification: M.Tech (Structural) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in design for the Construction Industry. OR BE (Civil) with a minimum of 15 years of experience in design for the Construction Industry.

5. Sector Expert (Civil, Survey, Track/P-Way)

• Qualification: Civil Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of experience. OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Experience: Experience in the execution of Infrastructure/Railway Projects.

6. Sector Expert (Finance)

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or ICFAI.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in accounting, taxation (Income Tax & GST), internal audit, and financial & economic evaluation of construction projects on EPC and PPP models.

7. Legal Expert

• Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Chartered Accountant.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in handling legal matters, including contracts and arbitration.
