Open Positions & Qualifications

1. Team Leader

• Qualification: Civil Engineering with MBA/Post-Graduate Diploma in Construction Management or Project Management.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in the construction industry.

2. Resident Engineer

• Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in the construction industry.

3. Contract Management Expert

• Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering with 12+ years of experience. OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with 18+ years of experience in handling contracts in the construction industry.

4. Design & Review Expert

• Qualification: MTech (Structural) with 10+ years of experience in design for the construction industry. OR BE (Civil) with 15+ years of design experience in the construction industry.

5. Sector Expert (Civil, Survey, Track/Pway)

• Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering with 7+ years of experience. OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with 10+ years in execution of infrastructure/railway projects.

6. Sector Expert (Finance)

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/Chartered Financial Analyst (ICFAI).
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in accounting, taxation (Income Tax & GST), internal audit, and financial & economic evaluation of construction projects (EPC, PPP basis).

7. Legal Expert

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Chartered Accountant.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in handling legal matters, contracts, and arbitration.
