4. Quality Assurance/Quality Control:

• Responsibilities: Civil Planner, Quantity Surveyor, Client Subcontractor Billing, Construction Cost Monitoring & Control – Civil, Contract Engineer, Cost Controller, Planning Engineers

2. HSE:

• Responsibilities: Safety Managers, Officers, Environmental Coordinator

3. Execution Mechanical:

• Responsibilities: Structure, Equipment, Piping, Painting, Pipeline, WBS Lead

4. Quality Control & Coordination:

• Responsibilities: Quality QC Civil Inspector/Batch Plant Inspector, Welding Supervisor/Inspector, Coating Inspector, Electrical & Instrumentation Inspector, NDT Coordinator
