Position: Sr. Lead Engineering Manager – Elevated Metro

Location: HQ – Chennai

Education:

• B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• M.E / M.Tech in Structural Engineering
  Experience: 18 to 23 years

Key Requirements:

1. Experience in both domestic and international design (preferred).
2. 18–23 years of expertise in structural design and approvals.
3. Proficiency in Metro/Bridge elevated structures and station buildings.
4. Prior experience in tender engineering for elevated metros and stations.
5. Capability in design coordination and collaboration with project sites and execution teams.
6. Hands-on experience with design approvals involving various stakeholders, including mandatory regulatory approvals.
7. Proven track record leading a design team for operations and tender engineering (minimum 10 years as design lead).
8. Strong knowledge of value engineering, quantity control, and design analysis software.
