L&T Heavy Civil Infrastructure IC is seeking talented professionals to join the High-Speed Rail Project (MAHSR C3), spanning from Thane (Maharashtra) to Vapi (Gujarat). We are hiring for key positions in Formwork Management, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious and challenging project.

Available Positions:

Position: Assistant Manager / Manager – Formwork

• Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Full-Time)
• Experience: 7-15 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop the formwork program in alignment with the overall construction schedule.
2. Finalize and coordinate the shuttering schemes for various project requirements.
3. Ensure the effective utilization of shuttering and staging materials.
4. Plan and allocate resources, including materials, labor, and machinery, for formwork activities in collaboration with site teams.
5. Train subcontractors on system formwork methodologies.
6. Create mock-ups for various system formworks.
7. Conduct periodic reconciliation of formwork materials.
8. Prepare and submit S-6 A schedules (requirement/release) to the Cluster Office.
9. Maintain accurate stock statements for formwork materials and productivity reports.
10. Coordinate with stores and site personnel for accurate material accounting.
11. Handle pre-dispatch maintenance and ensure all materials dispatched are in usable condition.
12. Oversee quality checks and acknowledgments for received materials.
13. Conduct 100% material reconciliations and send quarterly reports to the Cluster Office.
14. Generate and submit monthly reports to the Cluster Office.
