Positions Available

1. Design Engineering: HTE (1124DES)

• Focus: Mechanical design of shell & tube heat exchangers and pressure vessels.
• Sector: Refinery, Oil & Gas, Fertilizers, Petrochemical.
• Experience: Relevant experience in static equipment design is desirable.

Skills:

• Knowledge of ASME BPVC (DIV1, DIV2), IBR.
• Design tools: PVElite, Compress.
• Standards: ASME Code Sec VIII Div 1 & 2, Sec II, TEMA/API 660.
• Material and fabrication process knowledge.

2. Thermal Design Engineering: HTE (1124TDES)

• Focus: Thermal design of heat exchanger equipment like waste heat boilers, rod-baffle exchangers.
• Sector: Refinery, Fertilizers.
• Experience: In heat exchanger thermal design and sizing.

Skills:

• Sizing of shell & tube heat exchangers.
• Familiarity with TEMA type exchangers.

3. Design Engineering: RPV (1124RDES)

• Focus: Static equipment design for pressure vessels.
• Sector: Oil & Gas.
• Experience: Pressure vessel design.

Skills:

• ASME Codes (Sec VIII Div 1 & 2), API, NACE.
• Software: Engg Software PV-Elite, EPC specification, ARM preparation.

4. FEA Design: RPV/HTE (1124FDES)

• Focus: Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of pressure vessels.
• Experience: Elastic-plastic analysis and ASME Sec VIII.

Skills:

• Expertise in thermal, structural, fatigue, creep analysis.
• Software: ANSYS APDL, Workbench, ABAQUS.

5. Draughtsman: RPV/HTE (1124DRPV)

• Focus: Drafting for various fabrication drawings (vessels, reactors, filters).
• Experience: Tight schedule handling for drawing completions.

Skills:

• BOM checking, ASME/TEMA/EN standard compliance.
• Layout for plates, profiles for cutting.

6. Piping Design: SFU (1124PDES)

• Focus: Piping and isometric drawings.

Skills:

• P&ID, MTO, STAAD Pro, piping thickness, CAESAR II.
• Experience in WRC calculations and piping support/valves design.

7. Draughtsman: SFU (1124DSFU)

• Focus: Fabrication drawings for pressure vessels.

Skills:

• BOM preparation, ASME/TEMA/EN standard.
• Profile layouts for cutting.

Qualifications

• Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MEM (Mechanical/Design)
• Experience: 2-5 Years

For Job Codes: 1124DSFU, 1124DRPV

• Qualification: ITI/Diploma (Mechanical)
• Experience: 5-8 Years

Essentials:

• Candidates should have first-class qualifications throughout.
• Experience in the manufacturing of pressure vessels, heat exchangers is essential.
• Should have knowledge of ASME codes.
