Work Location: Hazira, Surat
Open Positions & Requirements
1. Project Management (0925PMG)
Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/Production) – 3 to 7 yrs experience
- Diploma (Mechanical/Production) – 5 to 9 yrs experience
Responsibilities:
- Prepare project plans, WBS, and schedules
- Ensure product quality as per customer specifications and codes
- Plan production, prioritize resources, and achieve on-time delivery
- Foster innovation through automation & digitalization
- Coordinate with clients for progress, payments, and inspections
2. Manufacturing Shops (0925SHOPS)
Qualification:
- Diploma (Mechanical/Production/Fabrication) – 2 to 9 yrs experience
Responsibilities:
- Fabrication planning across 3 shifts
- Knowledge of ASME codes, WPS, PQR, WPQ
- Lead and mentor a team of 30+ technicians
- Manage interdepartmental collaboration for smooth production
3. Site/Shop Quality Inspection (0925QI)
Qualification:
- BE (Mech/Prod/Fab/Met) – 2 to 10 yrs experience
- Diploma – 5 to 10 yrs experience
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and approve QAP, travelers, inspection procedures
- Conduct inspections at raw material, process, final, and dispatch stages
- Review welding data sheets, history dockets, deviation reports
- Level II in VT/PT/MT/RT/UT & lead auditor certification preferred
- Knowledge of ASME, PED, ISO, API, AWS standards
4. Quality Inspection – NDT Level 2 (0925NDT)
Qualification:
- BE/BTech (Mech/Prod/Fab) – 2 to 5 yrs experience
- Diploma – 5 to 9 yrs experience
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and approve NDE procedures and reports
- Hands-on experience with PT, MT, RT, UT; TOFD/PAUT preferred
- Knowledge of ASME, AWS, API codes
- Plan and execute NDE at shops & sites
5. Machine Shops (0925MS)
Qualification:
- Diploma (Mech/Prod) – 2 to 4 yrs experience
Responsibilities:
- Supervise CNC operations (Fanuc, Siemens, Hass, Heidenhain)
- AutoCAD drafting and CNC programming
- Machining processes, deep hole drilling, boring
- Manage shop schedules, maintenance, and QMS/ISO standards
Essential Requirements
- First-class academics throughout
- Experience in Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger manufacturing
- Knowledge of ASME codes
- Awareness of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001 standards
