Qualification:

  • B.E. (Mech./Prod./Fab./Metallurgy) with 2–10 years
  • Diploma (Mech./Prod./Fab./Metallurgy) with 5–10 years

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and approve QAP, Traveler, LTFPS, Inspection Procedures, Vendor Documents.
  • Conduct inspections: raw material, in-process, final, dispatch.
  • Coordinate inspections with customers, vendors, TPI.
  • Prepare history dockets, NCRs, perform spot checks.
  • Level II in VT/PT/MT/RT/UT and Lead Auditor Certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of ASME, PED, ISO, API, AWS standards required.
  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical) with 6–15 years experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare project plans, WBS, schedules using Primavera.
  • Progress monitoring and variance analysis.
  • Brownfield project experience is an advantage.

Qualification:

  • B.E./M.E. (Mech./Prod./Fab.) with 2–5 years
  • Diploma (Mech./Prod./Fab.) with 5–10 years

Responsibilities:

  • Approve NDE procedures and reports.
  • Level II certification in PT/MT/RT/UT per SNT-TC-1A, ISNT, IS09712, PCN.
  • Hands-on experience and familiarity with TOFD/PAUT preferred.
  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Mech.) with 8–15 years

Responsibilities:

  • Engineering for Pumps, Compressors, Turbines.
  • Knowledge of FEED, Detail Engineering, API, ASME, ISO standards.
  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. (Mech.) with 8–15 years

Responsibilities:

  • Design and review of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Tanks.
  • Familiarity with ASME Sec. VIII, TEMA, EJMA, IBR codes.
  • Proficient in PVElite, NozzlePro; FEA skills are a plus.
  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Mech./Prod./Fab.) with 4–10 years

Responsibilities:

  • Cost Estimation for Turnaround, LSTK, EPC projects.
  • Expertise in MS Office, handling multidisciplinary components.
  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical/Metallurgy) with 4–9 years

Responsibilities:

  • Market research, competitor analysis.
  • Handling pre and post-order activities for LSTK/EPC projects.
  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Mech.) with 6–15 years

Responsibilities:

  • P&ID understanding, piping material knowledge.
  • Expertise in SP3D/PDS, Caesar II, and piping support design.
  • Site verification and support during erection.
  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Chemical) with 8–15 years

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of PFDs, P&IDs, simulations, hydraulics.
  • Proficient in HYSYS, Aspen, PRO-II.
  • Safety studies like HAZOP, HAZID, SIL.
  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Chemical) with 6–14 years

Responsibilities:

  • Fire protection layouts, hazardous area classifications.
  • Firewater demand calculations and all safety studies.
  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Chemical) with 6–12 years

Responsibilities:

  • Plant commissioning for Refinery, Petrochemicals, Utilities.
  • Experience with greenfield, brownfield, revamp projects.
  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Civil) with 8–15 years

Responsibilities:

  • Design and detailing of steel/concrete structures.
  • Familiar with ASCE, AISC, ACI, Eurocodes.
  • Proficiency in STAAD Pro, soil strength calculations.
