L&T-Sargent & Lundy is seeking experienced professionals with an M.Tech, M.E., B.Tech, B.E., or Diploma qualification for the following roles:
- Senior Engineer / Designer (4-6 years)
- Assistant Manager / Manager (7-14 years)
- Lead Engineer / Domain Expert / Lead Designer (15-20 years)
System / Equipment / Physical Design Engineering
1. Mechanical System / Equipment:
- Main / Reheat Steam, Feed Water, Condensate, Bypass, Steam Extraction & Drain System
- Utility / BOP, Circulating Water, Water Treatment, Compressed Air, Fuel Gas / Fuel Oil, Fire, HVAC, Material Handling
- Gas Turbine / Steam Turbine, HRSG / Boiler, Condenser, Heater, Boiler Feed Pump, Condensate Extraction Pump, CW Pump, Cooling Tower, Compressor
2. Piping (Stress and Layout):
- Piping – Stress, Material and Support Engineering
- Plot / Site Layout, Equipment & Piping GADs, ISOs, Support, MTOs
3. Electrical System / Equipment:
- LV / MV / EHV, Generator and Aux, Transformer, Cable Sizing, AIS / GIS, Transmission Line and Power Systems Studies, SLD
- Electrical Equipment Layout, Cable Raceway Layout, Lighting and Earthing, MTO
4. Civil & Structural:
- Structural Steel & RCC Building / Structure, Dynamic / Static Equipment Foundation, Geotechnical, Area Grading, Roads & Drainage
- Structural Steel and Reinforced Concrete Detailing
5. Instrumentation & Control:
- Instruments, Control Valves, DCS, PLC, and Logic Diagrams
- Control / Electronic Room Layout, Installation Schemes
6. Renewable Energy:
- Solar / Wind / Battery Storage / Hybrid
Software Proficiency Required:
- Process Simulation Tools: GATECYCLE / GT PRO / Steam PRO, CAESAR-II / ROHR, PIPENET / AFT, HAP / Elite
- 3D CAD Tools: SP3D / PDS / PDMS / E3D, Revit
- Electrical and Power System Design: ETAP, PSCAD, PSSE, CDEGS, DIALux
- Project Management & Planning: PVSyst, Primavera, PVCase, STAAD-PRO, ETABS, SAFE, SAP, PLS-CADD, TEKLA, Revit, Civil 3D, GeoStudio, PLAXIS
- Miscellaneous: AutoCAD, Microstation, MS Office, Power BI
