Current Opening:
Position: QA/QC Manager (Electrical)
Location: Chennai
Qualification & Experience:
- B.Tech/BE in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience
- At least 7 years of experience in Metro Rail Projects in QA/QC functions
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate with the site team, focusing on standardization, verification, continuous improvement, and communication.
- Knowledge of Civil activities, including Testing for Receiving Substation (RSS) works.
- Experience in Auxiliary Substation works.
- Interaction with CMRL and consultants for Quality aspects.
- Strong customer focus and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Daily coordination with other functions, especially Project & Engineering teams.
- Ability to create strategies and plans to improve quality and project delivery processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
