1: Civil Engineer – Structure

• Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 5–7 years in structural execution
• Location: M2K Olive Green, Sector 104, Gurugram (Project Site)

Required Skills:

• Prior experience in structural execution of residential/township projects
• Day-to-day supervision, planning, and monitoring of structural site activities
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards during structure work
• Knowledge of RCC, shuttering, steel work, and concreting practices

2: Civil Engineer – Finishing

• Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 5–7 years in finishing and handover execution
• Location: M2K Olive Green, Sector 104, Gurugram (Project Site)

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge in finishing materials and execution: tiling, painting, POP, MEP, wooden work, etc.
• Experience in site management for low-rise/high-rise residential, commercial, or institutional projects
• Planning, supervision, and coordination of all finishing activities until handover
• Expertise in managing internal and external finishing works with quality control
