1. Chief Resident Engineer & Team Leader 01

• Qualification & Experience: Graduate in Civil Engineering with 20 years of experience in Project/Construction Management; exposure to PERT & CPM techniques.
• Key Responsibilities: Overall project responsibility; control over contractor staff.

2. Construction Manager / Resident Engineer cum Billing Manager 03

• Qualification & Experience: Graduate Civil Engineer with 15 years of Project Management experience; exposure to PERT & CPM methods.
• Key Responsibilities: Supervise construction work, maintain quality and timelines, and oversee utilities execution.

3. Planning Manager 03

• Qualification & Experience: Graduate Civil Engineer with 10–12 years of experience in Project Control; exposure to PERT & CPM.
• Key Responsibilities: Project planning and control.

4. Design Review Manager – Civil 02

• Qualification & Experience: Graduate Civil Engineer, preferably with a Master’s in Structural Engineering; 15 years of design experience.
• Key Responsibilities: Ensure designs are sound, feasible, and financially optimal.

5. Design Review Manager – MEP 04

• Qualification & Experience: Graduate Electrical/Mechanical Engineer, preferably with a Master’s degree; 15 years of design experience.
• Key Responsibilities: Ensure MEP designs are feasible and optimized.

6. Architect 03

• Qualification & Experience: Graduate in Architecture with 10 years of experience in building projects.
• Key Responsibilities: Ensure feasibility, financial optimization, and execution of architectural plans.

7. Quality Assurance/Control Manager 03

• Qualification & Experience: Graduate in Civil/Materials Engineering/Geology; Master’s preferred; 10 years of QA auditing experience.
• Key Responsibilities: Ensure high-quality construction work.

8. Contracts Manager 01

• Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s in Engineering or Law (Master’s desirable) with 10 years in contract management.
• Key Responsibilities: Manage contracts, control project costs, and advise management.

9. Quantity Surveyor 06

• Qualification & Experience: Graduate in Civil Engineering or Certificate from a Quantity Surveying Institution; 10 years of experience in similar roles.
• Key Responsibilities: Verify materials, prepare measurement books, and report to site engineers.
