1. Team Leader cum Project Manager
- Graduate in Civil/Electrical Engg. with 20 years in construction industry and MEPF/Railway Electrification OR 3 years in SAG or equivalent in Railways/RITES/IRCON/RVNL etc.
2. Resident Engineer
- Graduate in Civil/Electrical Engg. with 10 years’ experience OR 5 years in JA or equivalent in Railways/RITES/IRCON/RVNL etc.
3. Sector Expert (TRD/PSI)
- Graduate in Electrical Engg. with 5 years’ experience OR Diploma with 8 years in Railway Electrification + 3 years in SSE or AM equivalent in Railways/RITES/etc.
4. Sector Expert (Civil)
- Graduate in Civil Engg. with 5 years’ experience OR Diploma with 8 years in Public Building/Railway Projects + 3 years in SSE or AM equivalent in Railways/RITES/etc
5. Sector Expert (S&T)
- Graduate in E&T Engg. with 5 years’ experience OR Diploma with 8 years in Railway/BSNL S&T projects + 3 years in SSE or AM equivalent in Railways/RITES/etc.
