1. Team Leader cum Project Manager
- Role: Lead project execution, client coordination, and manage cross-functional teams
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering with 15+ years’ experience or retired PSU/Railway Engineer (JA Grade or above)
- Experience: Must have held senior roles (JGM/AGM) for at least 3 years in organizations like RITES, IRCON, RVNL, DFCCIL, or Metro Rail
2. Resident Engineer (Civil)
- Role: Support the Project Head, oversee civil execution, coordinate technical activities at the site
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil (10+ yrs) or Diploma Civil (15+ yrs) or Retired PSU/Railway Engineer
- Experience: 7+ years in relevant civil construction
3. Civil Expert
- Role: Ensure structural quality, design compliance, and provide expert guidance in civil activities
- Qualification: Civil Graduate (5+ yrs) or Diploma (7+ yrs) or SE/SSE level PSU/Railway Engineer
- Experience: Hands-on experience in quality control & design verification
4. Site Engineer (P-Way)
- Role: Handle track works, alignment, and ensure quality compliance in Permanent Way activities
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (3+ yrs) or Diploma (5+ yrs) or SSE/SE (P-Way) from Railways/PSUs
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in railway track or P-Way construction
5. Site Engineer (Bridge)
- Role: Supervise bridge construction and structural stability, maintain safety standards
- Qualification: Civil Graduate (3+ yrs) or Diploma (5+ yrs) or PSU SSE/SE Bridge specialist
- Experience: Proven bridge project experience
6. Site Engineer (General Works)
- Role: Manage buildings, roads, culverts, foundations and other civil works on-site
- Qualification: Civil Graduate (3+ yrs) or Diploma (5+ yrs) or PSU SSE/SE Works
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in general construction and site supervision
