• Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering; Post Graduate in Management preferred
• Experience: 20 years (including 10 years in project management of large infrastructure projects and 5 years in financial analysis of railway projects)

2. Architect

• Qualification: Graduate in Architecture
• Experience: 10 years (including 5 years in designing railway/transport-related buildings)

3. Expert – Contract Management

• Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 15 years (including 8 years in contract management of infrastructure projects)

4. Senior Design and Review Expert

• Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering; Post Graduate in Structural Engineering preferred
• Experience: 15 years (including 8 years in design and review of railway infrastructure)

5. Land Acquisition Expert

• Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering/Planning/Law or equivalent
• Experience: 15 years (including 5 years in railway/transport projects and expertise in resettlement, legal, and administrative processes)

6. Chief Sector Expert (Finance)

• Qualification: CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Experience: 15 years in financial analysis, project financing, and budgeting for large infrastructure/railway projects
