1. Chief Resident cum Team Leader
- Qualification: Postgraduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 20 years in project management, with expertise in integrated infrastructure projects (roads, water, sewerage, power).
2. Construction Manager / Resident Engineer cum Billing Manager
- Qualification: Postgraduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in project management, with expertise in integrated infrastructure projects (roads, water, sewerage, power).
3. Construction Manager (Water, Waste Water, Reuse)
- Qualification: Postgraduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in execution of infrastructure utilities.
4. Infra Design Review Manager – Sewerage Network, STP, and Storm Water Network
- Qualification: Postgraduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in project management, with expertise in sewerage, stormwater, and integration with trunk infrastructure.
5. Civil/Structures Manager / Design Review Manager – Civil
- Qualification: Postgraduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in structural design and validation of drawings.
6. Bridges Design Review Manager
- Qualification: Postgraduate in Structural Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in structural design and validation of bridge-related drawings.
7. Quality Assurance / Control Manager
- Qualification: Postgraduate in Civil/Materials Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 10 years as a third-party quality assurance auditor in civil projects.
8. Planning Manager / BIM Expert
- Qualification: Postgraduate in Construction Management
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in project planning and control for infrastructure projects (townships, roads, utilities).
