1. Construction Manager / Resident Engineer cum Billing Manager
- Qualification: Postgraduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 15+ years in project management of industrial parks, townships, SEZs, roads, airfields, and utilities (water, wastewater, drainage, power, WTP, STP).
- Skills: PERT & CPM techniques, quality control, construction management, and billing.
2. Planning Manager
- Qualification: PG in Construction Management + Graduate in Civil Engineering or Relevant Discipline
- Experience: 10+ years in project controls for infrastructure projects (industrial parks, townships, SEZs, roads, airfields, utilities).
- Skills: Project planning & control, scheduling, and monitoring.
3. Contracts Manager / Specialist
- Qualification: BE/BTech in Engineering or Law (Master’s in Management/Law preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years in contract management.
- Skills: Procurement, cost control, contract administration, compliance, and legal advisory.
4. Power & ICT / Electrical Manager
- Qualification: Graduate in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 10+ years in power & ICT infrastructure design, review, and integration in large-scale projects.
- Skills: Design verification, power & ICT integration, feasibility analysis, cost optimization, technical compliance, and execution monitoring.
