Open Positions (Delhi Location)
1. Team Leader cum Project Management Expert
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
- Master’s/PG Diploma in Construction/Project Management or MBA
- PMP/Prince 2 Certification preferred
- Experience:
- 20 years total (15 in construction/infrastructure + 5 as Team Lead)
2. Architect
- Qualification:
- Master’s in Planning/Architecture + Bachelor’s in Architecture
- Registered with Council of Architecture
- Experience:
- 10 years in multi-storied RCC buildings, MLCPs, Malls
3. Structural Design Engineer (Building)
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering + Master’s in Structural Engineering
- Experience:
- 10 years in building design (STAAD Pro, ETABS/MIDAS)
4. Quantity Surveyor
- Qualification:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience:
- 10 years in BOQ, billing, variation, CAD, digital survey equipment
5. Quality Control (QC) Engineer
- Qualification:
- Graduate (any discipline) + Quality Management Certification/PG Diploma
- Experience:
- 10 years in QC/QA for construction supervision
6. Electrical Engineer
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
- Experience:
- 10 years in electrical systems supervision (plants & utilities)
7. Public Health Engineer
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
- Experience:
- 10 years in water supply, sanitation & sewerage projects
