1. Chief Interface Manager (10+ years)
- BE/B.Tech or Diploma
- Experience in managing interfaces between utilities
- Worked on at least three similar projects
2. Design Manager (Design Head) (10+ years)
- BE/B.Tech
- Experience in design management
- Worked on at least one similar project (e.g., Road/Water Supply)
3. Deputy Programme Director cum Infrastructure Manager (20+ years)
- Master’s in Civil/Construction Engineering/Infrastructure Management, PMP Certification
- Experience in infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, sewerage, power, waste management, etc.)
- Leadership experience in at least one similar programme
4. Contracts cum Billing Manager (15+ years)
- Graduate in Civil Engineering/Contract Management
- Expertise in contract formulation and management for large infrastructure projects
- Experience in procurement and commercial management (PPP and non-PPP projects)
- Worked in a similar capacity for at least two projects in the last 10 years
5. Programme Senior Planner (Scheduler) (15+ years)
- Graduate in Engineering/Construction Management
- Minimum 15 years in programme management or 5 years in large-scale construction projects
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6)
- Worked in a similar capacity for at least two projects in the last 10 years
6. Programme ICT Manager (15+ years)
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably PG in Computer Science/IT)
- Minimum 15 years of exclusive ICT experience
- Led end-to-end ICT infrastructure and smart services implementation
- Experience in at least three city/state/national-level projects
- Worked in a similar capacity for at least one project in the last 10 years
