Location: Corporate Office, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Recruitment & Selection processes to fill project openings in a timebound manner
2. Build and strengthen the organization for future growth
3. Oversee statutory compliances including PF, ESI, labour licences, returns, and registers
4. Handle labour-related cases and legal matters
5. Manage salaries, payroll, and compensation structures
6. Oversee general administration functions

Candidate Requirements

• More than 15 years of experience in HR
• Strong background in hiring and building teams for highway projects within deadlines
• Comprehensive knowledge of statutory compliances and labour laws
