We are seeking talented professionals for our solar quality team at Maharashtra project locations:
Nanded, Buldhana, Kolhapur, Akola, Jalgaon, Washim, Sambhajinagar

Position Details

Roles: Engineer / Senior Engineer – (Solar Quality)

• Experience: 3 to 10 Years

Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (EE/EEE) or Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Planning: Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and standards for solar power projects.
• Inspection and Testing: Inspect solar power systems like modules, inverters, and mounting structures.
• Defect Resolution: Identify, document, and resolve quality defects.
• Documentation: Maintain quality records, including inspection reports and test results.
• Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Training: Guide team members on quality procedures and best practices.
• Improvement: Continuously improve quality procedures and standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in EE/EEE or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in quality engineering for solar power systems.
• Skills: Communication, problem-solving, and project management.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with solar systems and quality engineering principles.
