This role involves working closely with the President – Business Development Infrastructure, supporting strategic initiatives, exploring new business opportunities, and fostering client relationships.

Position:
Business Development Officer / Technical Assistant
Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Infrastructure Engineering
- MBA (Preferred)
Experience:
- 7+ years in Business Development or Contracts Management in the Construction/Contracting industry
Key Skills & Pre-Requisites:
- Strong ability to identify and develop new business leads and build lasting client relationships
- Experience in preparing compelling proposals and strategic business plans
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and business acumen
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Contacts within government agencies, clients, consultants, or contractors will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the President – Business Development Infrastructure with all business development activities
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and business insights for decision-making
- Coordinate client meetings, industry events, and other networking activities
- Monitor government policies, tenders, and infrastructure trends
