Position Details:

• Title: Deputy Manager (HR&A)
• Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
• Qualification: Graduate degree with specialization in HR (BBA/PGDHRM/MBA).
• Experience: 8 years of hands-on HR & Administration experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry.

Key Requirements:

1. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas), PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with HRMS and ERP systems like Saral.

2. HR Expertise:

• Talent acquisition.

Job Description:
