• Qualification: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 14-18 years
• Skills: Expertise in Construction and Mivan Technology OR Strong people management skills OR Ability to lead a team and manage construction activities

2. Sr. Project Engineers / Project Engineers / Site Engineers / BBS Engineers

• Qualification: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 7-16 years
• Skills: Strong communication skills OR Efficient execution as per plan

3. Executive Contracts / Quantity Surveyors

• Qualification: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 6-10 years
• Skills: Expertise in post/pre-tender, quantity surveying, billing, and variation claims OR Excellent knowledge of commercial terms and conditions

4. Executive Planning / Planning Engineers

• Qualification: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 6-10 years
• Skills: Proficient in MS Project, Primavera OR Resource planning, Budget Monitoring, and MIS reports

5. Executive Quality / Quality Engineers

• Qualification: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 6-11 years
• Skills: Knowledge of IMS standards OR Ability to develop and implement QA/QC practices OR Sound understanding of codes and work practices

6. Executive EOHS / EOHS Officers

• Qualification: Graduate with a Diploma in Safety
• Experience: 6-10 years
• Skills: Knowledge of IMS standards OR Develop safety plans and implement safety procedures

7. Foreman Mivan / Carpentry Shuttering

• Qualification: Any graduate
• Experience: 6-10 years
• Skills: Mivan, carpentry shuttering, finishing activities, concreting expertise
