- Qualification: MBA (HR/MHRD)
- Experience: 10+ years in Talent Management, specifically in Project HR Operations within the Road & Highway industries.
2. Asst. Manager – Payroll
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 4-6 years in payroll (SAP Hana Module), with expertise in HR operations and implementation of ESS Module.
3. Sr. Executive – Payroll
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 4-6 years in payroll, proficient in SAP software.
4. Sr. ABAP Consultant (SAP)
- Qualification: Certified consultant
- Experience: 6-8 years as an ABAP Consultant, specializing in designing, developing, and implementing SAP ABAP solutions.
5. Manager – Liasoning
- Qualification: LLB
- Experience: 8-10 years in Liaison & Coordination with government departments, clients, consultants, and partners.
6. Executive – Liasoning
- Qualification: B.Com/LLB
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in government liaison, preferably in the construction-highway industry.
7. Engineer – Billing & Planning
- Qualification: Diploma/BE Civil Engineer
- Experience: 4-6 years in Billing & Planning, preferably in railway projects, with SAP software experience.
8. Logistics Executive – Plant & Machinery
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 1-3 years in Logistics & Transportation, particularly with heavy earth movers equipment.
9. Manager – RTO and Insurance
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 10-14 years in RTO operations and vehicle insurance.
